Delivery and return of goods
We deliver the ordered products by our own delivery or renowned delivery services (Croatian Post, HP Express, DPD and others).
The deadline for delivery to the territory of the Republic of Croatia is usually six working days, except for those shipments that are delivered to the islands (the specified deadline in this case can be extended by a maximum of two more days).
The deadline for delivery for the territory of EU countries is 10 working days, except in special cases, when this is not possible for any reason of difficult delivery.
Delivery deadlines do not include: the day of receipt of the order, the time of delay due to incorrect and incomplete address of the recipient, the time of delay due to some force majeure or traffic jam for which Symbiosis j.d.o.o. cannot bear responsibility, Saturdays and Sundays, and public holidays.
Due to the possible impossibility of delivery, we reserve the right to refuse orders for some countries in the world.
Return and exchange
The ordered products are sold packaged in such a way that the possibility of damage in transport is minimized.
The buyer is obliged to inspect the package upon collection and if there is external damage, he should not receive it, but immediately return it to the courier with a note that it is damaged.
The customer has the right to cancel the order and notify us by e-mail: webshop@simbioza.hr within eight days from the date of collection of the package, and only if the product has not opened.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
Replacement costs are borne by Simbioza j.d.o.o.
We will refund the money for the paid goods within 8 days of receiving the product or replace it with the same product, depending on the customer's wishes.
The customer is not entitled to a return of the product in the cases specified in Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The buyer has the right to replace the delivered products in case of quality defects.
